European Commission consults on public procurement forms

26/09/23 (Agence Europe) – The European Commission has opened a public consultation on the electronic forms used for public procurement until 17 October. The aim is to modify the standard forms according to the Member States’ needs and adapt them to new technologies. To this end, the Commission plans to update the 2019 implementing regulation on the matter, possibly before the end of the year. Read the consultation: https://aeur.eu/f/8qw (LM)
