26/09/23 (Agence Europe) – On Tuesday 26 September, the European Commission approved the Czech Republic’s revised post-Covid-19 recovery plan, which includes a ‘REPowerEU’ chapter designed to speed up the energy transition and reduce the European Union’s dependence on Russian hydrocarbons (see EUROPE B13213A21).
