László Sticz appointed Commander of the Althea Force

25/09/2023 (Agence Europe) – On Thursday 21 September, the ambassadors of the Member States meeting within the Political and Security Committee decided to appoint Major General László Sticz of Hungary as Force Commander of the European Union military operation in Bosnia-Herzegovina (Operation ALTHEA) from 21 January 2024.
