European Peace Facility: EU grants €11.75 million in aid to Beninese forces

25/09/23 (Agence Europe) – On Monday 25 September, the Council of the EU adopted an assistance measure under the European Peace Facility (EPF) worth €11.75 million to support the Beninese armed forces. One of the aims of this measure is to support Operation Mirador, which has been deployed in northern Benin since 2022 to combat terrorism.
