European Commission sends letter of formal notice to 17 Member States on tax transparency

20/07/2023 (Agence Europe) – On Thursday 20 July, the European Commission sent a letter of formal notice to 17 Member States for failing to notify it of national measures to fully transpose the directive aimed at increasing public country-by-country reporting (CbCR). Belgium, Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Croatia, Italy, Cyprus, Latvia, the Czech Republic, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia and Finland have not yet implemented the directive, the deadline...
