EU Council adopts Act in Support of Ammunition Production

20/07/2023 (Agence Europe) – On Thursday 20 July, the European foreign affairs ministers adopted the regulation on the Act in Support of Ammunition Production (ASAP), the result of the agreement reached during the interinstitutional negotiations. All the Member States voted in favour of the text, with the exception of Greece, which abstained. The regulation is due to be published in the EU’s Official Journal on Friday.
