Five European ministers concerned about lack of broadcasters for Women’s World Cup

31/05/23 (Agence Europe) – The Women’s World Cup is struggling to find a broadcaster. In a joint letter published on Wednesday 31 May, five European sports ministers called on the Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) and broadcasters to “find ways and means to ensure that the competition is promoted fairly”. France, Germany, Spain, Italy and the United Kingdom are concerned about “the lack of allocation of television rights for the broadcasting of matches”...
