European Commission proposes provisional quota for anchovy in Iberian waters

31/05/2023 (Agence Europe) – On Tuesday 30 May, the European Commission adopted a proposal to modify certain total allowable catches (TACs) and 2023 quotas in EU waters. This includes a provisional TAC for anchovy in Iberian waters of 4,564 tonnes for the period from 1 July to 30 September 2023 (prior to a definitive TAC).
