08/11/23 (Agence Europe) – In its latest monthly bulletin, the European Commission’s climate change observatory, Copernicus Climate Change, announced that October 2023 had set a record as the warmest October on record worldwide, with an average temperature of 15.30°C, 0.85°C above the 1991-2020 average.
