Charles Michel invites EU27 to informal dinners to prepare EU’s future Strategic Agenda

The President of the European Council, Charles Michel, invited the heads of state or government of the countries of the European Union, on Wednesday 8 November, to informal dinners to discuss the Strategic Agenda up to 2030, which the EU27 wants to draw up with a view to the next European institutional cycle.

Building on the first exchange at the European Summit in Granada (see EUROPE B13266A1), these discussions on the EU’s capacity to act will take place “in small consecutive groups...
