Interinstitutional negotiations on reform of Schengen Borders Code begin on 7 November

06/11/2023 (Agence Europe) – Negotiations between the European Parliament and the Spanish Presidency of the EU Council will begin on Tuesday 7 November on the reform of the Schengen Borders Code (see EUROPE B13265A28). The Council of the EU adopted its mandate in June 2022 and Parliament adopted its position on 20 September (see EUROPE B13255A4).
