Appointment of a new director to directorate-general for informatics

03/10/2023 (Agence Europe) – On Tuesday 3 October, the European Commission decided to appoint the German Carl-Christian Buhr to the post of Director of Digital Transformation within the Directorate-General for Informatics (DG DIGIT). He is currently Acting Director of Digital Transformation at DG DIGIT and Head of the Corporate Digital Transformation Unit at DG DIGIT.
