On Thursday, 28 September, Advocate General Maciej Szpunar of the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) delivered his second Opinion in the case that La Quadrature du Net, the Fédération des fournisseurs d’accès à Internet associatifs, Franciliens.net, and French Data Network brought against France.
