Romania submits revised recovery plan including ‘REPowerEU’ chapter

08/09/2023 (Agence Europe) – On Friday 8 September, Romania submitted a request to amend its post-Covid-19 recovery plan to include a ‘REPowerEU’ chapter (see EUROPE B12799A12). This chapter highlights reforms and investments linked to increasing the production of ‘green’ energy, the energy efficiency of buildings and the enhancement of professional skills in the green energy production sector.
