Nadia Calviño wants EU Council to reach agreement on reforming Stability Pact by end of 2023

Spain’s Finance Minister Nadia Calviño said on Wednesday 6 September at the annual meeting of the Bruegel think tank that she was “quite confident” that the countries of the European Union would be able to reach a political agreement on the reform of the European economic governance framework.
