27/07/23 (Agence Europe) – According to data published on Thursday 27 July by Copernicus Climate Change Service (C3S), the EU’s Earth observation programme, July 2023 is set to be the hottest month on record. The first three weeks of the month have already been the hottest on record, leading to major heat waves in North America, Asia and Europe, as well as devastating forest fires in Canada and Greece.
