On Tuesday 18 July, the members of the European Parliament’s Committee on Civil Liberties (LIBE) debated the content of the resolution being prepared on the activities of the European Border and Coast Guard Agency (Frontex).
The resolution will take stock of the recommendations made by the LIBE enquiry group into Frontex in the wake of the events that led to the resignation of Frenchman Fabrice Leggeri following a damning report by the OLAF agency (see EUROPE B12942A1).
