14/07/2023 (Agence Europe) – The European Commission announced, on Friday 14 July, that it had authorised the acquisition of joint control of Neoenergia Transmissora 15 SPE S.A. (Brazil), a company active in electricity transmission in Brazil, by Iberdrola S.A. (Spain) and GIC Ventures Pte Ltd (Singapore).
