According to Eurostat, EU sanctions have led to 22.8 percentage point drop in Russian petroleum oil imports at start of 2023

Energy imports from the European Union grew significantly between 2021 and 2022, with an increase of 121% in terms of average value. However, the first quarter of 2023 saw a major turnaround, with a significant fall in imports.
