According to Josep Borrell, Member States have already submitted reimbursement requests of over €900 million for munitions sent to Ukraine

On Thursday 15 June, the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell, announced that he had already received requests for reimbursement equivalent to “€900 million” from Member States for the shipment of ammunition to Ukraine, under the first track of the High Representative’s proposal to supply Ukraine with one million rounds of ammunition over 12 months (see EUROPE B13145A1).
