European Commission consults on foreign direct investments regulation

14/06/2023 (Agence Europe) – The regulation governing the supervision of foreign direct investments adopted in 2019 could be revised. As stipulated in the text, the Commission must assess its performance by 12 October 2023 at the latest, and every 5 years thereafter. On Wednesday 14 June, it opened a public consultation running until 14 July to allow stakeholders to submit their comments.
