Electricity market reform, Swedish Presidency of EU Council proposes compromise with a view to reaching political agreement

The Swedish Presidency of the EU Council has sent a compromise document to the Member States which should serve as a basis for the adoption of a political agreement (‘general approach’) on the reform of the electricity market at the next Energy Council on 19 June (see EUROPE B13191A19).
