Denmark unveils ‘REPowerEU’ chapter of its recovery plan

02/06/2023 (Agence Europe) – The Danish authorities submitted, on Wednesday 31 May, a revised draft recovery plan, now with €1.63 billion in grants alone, to include a ‘REPowerEU’ chapter designed to accelerate the energy transition and reduce the European Union’s dependence on Russian fossil fuels (see EUROPE B12782A21). This chapter covers four main measures: the development of renewable energies (finalisation of a call for the production of 4 GW of electricity from offshore...
