European Commission proposes fishing opportunities for 2023 in Black Sea

On Friday 14 October, the European Commission adopted a proposal on fishing opportunities for 2023 in the Mediterranean and Black Seas.

In particular, the proposal reflects the 2030 strategy of the General Fisheries Commission for the Mediterranean (GFCM), which is the competent regional fisheries management organisation.
