European Commission approves two new protected designations of origin from France and Indonesia

14/10/2022 (Agence Europe) – The European Commission approved on Friday 14 October two new protected designations of origin (PDO): ‘Vézelay’ wine from France and ‘Garam Amed Bali/Bunga Garam Amed Bali’ salt from Indonesia. Vézelay is a dry still white wine, pale yellow-gold in colour, produced in the Yonne department in Burgundy.
