The German group HENKEL will hold 84.5% of the Russian manufacturer of washing powders PEMOS (turnover of USD 32.5 million in 1999), number one in the Russian sector). Already in possession of 51% of the company since December, it will soon buy a further 33.5%, increasing its stake to 84.5%.
