Germany becomes first Member State to participate in European Hydrogen Bank’s “Auctions-as-a-Service” system

20/12/2023 (Agence Europe) – On Wednesday 20 December, the European Commission announced that Germany had become the first Member State to participate in the EU’s new ‘Auctions-as-a-Service’ system under the ‘European Hydrogen Bank’ see (EUROPE B13299A38).
