ESMA consults on sustainability indicators and inside information disclosure under Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation

06/10/2023 (Agence Europe) – On Friday 6 October, the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) published a second consultation on the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA) (see EUROPE B13221A32).
