Transition of EU partner countries and Niger on agenda of informal meeting of European development ministers in Cadiz

04/09/23 (Agence Europe) – The development ministers of the EU Member States have been invited to Cadiz (at the Palacio de Congresos) on Tuesday 5 September for an informal meeting chaired by the head of European diplomacy, Josep Borrell. Niger will be on the agenda, as it was at the informal meetings of the defence and foreign affairs ministers (see EUROPE B13240A3, B13239A4).
