European Commission approves acquisition of BMS by EURAZEO, BCI and PCP

31/08/2023 (Agence Europe) – On Thursday 31 August, the European Commission announced that it had approved the acquisition of joint control (joint venture), through an acquisition and exchange of shares, of BMS Investment Holding Company Limited (United Kingdom), which specialises in the distribution of speciality non-life insurance and reinsurance products to professional clients, by the investment firms Eurazeo SE (France) and British Columbia Investment Management Corporation (Canada)...
