28/08/23 (Agence Europe) – On Monday 28 August, the European Commission announced that it had authorised the acquisition, following a simplified merger control procedure, of Wasco Group B.V. (Netherlands), which specialises in the distribution of products and services related to electrical systems to professional customers, by Rexel Développement S.A.S.
