More than twenty MEPs call for European Parliament to stop using Google’s advertising services for its communications

06/07/2023 (Agence Europe) – On Wednesday 5 July, twenty-four MEPs sent a letter to the President of the European Parliament, Roberta Metsola, calling for an end to the use of Google’s advertising services for the institution’s communications. According to them - and on the basis of an Adalytics report covered by the Wall Street Journal on 27 June - “80% of Google’s video ads are displayed on misleading sites, in particular Russian propaganda sites belonging to the State”....
