European Union deploys an election observation mission to Maldives

05/07/23 (Agence Europe) – In response to an invitation from the Maldivian authorities, the European Union announced on Tuesday 4 July that it would be deploying an Election Observation Mission to the country to observe the presidential elections scheduled for 9 September 2023.
