12/06/2023 (Agence Europe) – The European Judicial Network (EJN) is celebrating its 25th anniversary. Set up in June 1998 by the Council of the European Union to assist legal practitioners in the fight against cross-border crime, it facilitates requests for bilateral cooperation between judicial authorities, prosecutors and ministries of justice via a network of national contact points.
