European Parliament’s Committee on Culture wants to extend scope of ‘anti-SLAPPs’ directive

The European Parliament’s Committee on Culture (CULT) adopted its opinion on the ‘anti-SLAPPs’directive (see EUROPE B13132A25) on Thursday 25 May with 22 votes in favour, 2 against and no abstentions.
