German Constitutional Court finds no fault with Next Generation EU Recovery Plan

06/12/2022 (Agence Europe) – The German Constitutional Court rejected, on Tuesday 6 December, two complaints, including one from German MEP Gunnar Beck (Identity and Democracy), which sought to reject the Next Generation EU Recovery Plan set up in 2020 to stimulate economic recovery from the Covid-19 pandemic through a European loan.
