EU develops a stable macrofinancial assistance mechanism for Ukraine for 2023

03/11/2022 (Agence Europe) – In line with the European Council’s request (see EUROPE B13048A1), experts from the Member States and the European Commission have started work on establishing a stable macrofinancial assistance mechanism for Ukraine for the whole of 2023, with Ukraine’s needs ranging from €3 to €5 billion per month.
