29/11/2021 (Agence Europe) – With one week to go before the opening of the inter-institutional negotiations on the European Year of Youth 2022 (see EUROPE B12834A15), the issue of the budget “is still not decided” by the EU Council, French Secretary of State for Youth, Sarah El Haïry, told EUROPE while in Brussels on Monday 29 November.
