Public consultation on a draft regulation setting out criteria for identification of antibiotics for human use

29/03/2021 (Agence Europe) – The European Commission launched on Friday 26 March a four-week consultation on a draft delegated regulation on the identification criteria for antimicrobial medicines for treatment in humans. This initiative will establish criteria for the designation of antimicrobials that are intended for human use only and are therefore prohibited for use in animals, for example, in livestock.
