European Commission calls on Frontex to urgently address malfunctioning serious incident reporting system

The European Commission recalled on Monday 8 March that the shortcomings identified in the Management Board’s report on the functioning of the Frontex European Coastguard and Border Guard Agency, published on 5 March, in particular those concerning the incident notification and reporting system (see EUROPE B12672A8), require “urgent improvements”.
