Tomas Tobé will be European Parliament’s main rapporteur on Asylum and Migration Regulation

30/11/2020 (Agence Europe) – The EPP group in the European Parliament appointed on 30 November its rapporteurs for the Pact on Migration and Asylum (see EUROPE B12566A1). Tomas Tobé from Sweden will be responsible for the report on the Asylum and Migration Management Regulation, which, among other things, organises the new accountability criteria for the Member States and outlines the solidarity mechanism in times of pressure and crisis.
