Brussels, 14/04/2011 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday 13 April, Council of Europe Secretary General Thorbjørn Jagland expressed his concern at the lack of cooperation in Europe over the current migration crisis, saying that this failing endangers respect of human rights.
