Commission clears acquisition of US advertising agency Bcom3 by Publicis of France

Brussels, 20/06/2002 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has given the green light to the proposed acquisition of American advertising and marketing company Bcom3, by France's Publicis Groupe SA. Publicis is an international advertising group which operates in 76 countries world-wide.
