Brussels, 17/04/2002 (Agence Europe) - A group of eminent persons recently gave a report entitled "Raising the Biotechnology Challenge" to the French Minister of the Economy. The report is an analysis of the reasons why France and the European Union are lagging behind compared to the United States.
