Recognition of the existence of a dominant position in a Commission decision has no legal effect (Coca Cola affaire)

Luxembourg, 29/03/2000 (Agence Europe) - In its "Coca Cola" ruling. The Court of First Instance states that "recognition of a dominant position in a (European) Commission ruling authorising a concentration has no legal effect". Consequently, the appeals by "The Coca Cola Company" and "Coca Cola Enterprises INC" are admissible.
