Brussels, 29/03/2000 (Agence Europe) - The first negotiating meeting between the EU and the six countries in the Helsinki group (Romania, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Lithuania, Latvia and Malta), took place on Tuesday in Brussels at a deputy level (Ambassadors of Member Countries, chief negotiators from candidate countries).
