Brussels, 28/03/2000 (Agence Europe) - The Social and Economic Committee (SEC) will gather this Wednesday 29 and Thursday 30 March in plenary under the Presidency of Beatrice Rangoni-Machiavelli. The European Commission Vice-President Neil Kinnock will speak on the "strategic objectives 2000-2005 and the reform of the European Commission", on Wednesday at 1530pm.
