Strasbourg, 16/03/2000 (Agence Europe) - With the adoption of the report by British Liberal Chris Davies, the European Parliament amended, at first reading, the draft directive on ozone in the ambient atmosphere. The Parliament approves the aims and targets set by the European Commission, including the long-term target aimed at not exceeding 120 microgrammes/m3.
