Brussels, 16/03/2000 (Agence Europe) - Mrs. Viviane Reding, European Commissioner responsible for Education and Culture, will be taking part in a Ministerial Conference of Friday 17 and Saturday 18 March organised by the Portuguese Presidency of the Council on the occasion of the launch of the new Socrates, Leonardo da Vinci and Youth programmes covering the period 2000-2006.
