Brussels, 08/03/2000 (Agence Europe) - The EU Council and European Parliament are entering the last furlong leading to the adoption of the directive on late payments in commercial transactions. The differences of views that remain will be the subject of a conciliation procedure, to be launched officially on Thursday.
